For fifteen years I worked in the food sales industry. Although it was enjoyable, I knew I needed a change. Before your class,  I never thought I would be where I am today. I knew adbsolutely nothing about scoping, estimating, or the Xactimate program.With the expertise, patience and the amazing ability to teach, the both of you brought it all home in a way even I could understand.  I now work for one of the largest firms in the industry and I am adjusting claims for one of the largest insurance providers in the country.

I was just writing to tell you both how great the classes were and how much I enjoyed meeting you.  The Estimatix class is an absolute must for the new adjuster and the Xactimate 25 class was fantastic.  Even with the huge amount of difficult information covered, you made them interesting and enjoyable.   I know that if I have a good start to my career, you both will have been a good part of the reason for it.
 
If you have anyone that would like to talk to a former student for a recommendation, just give them my number.  I already have some people planning for your course.

I want to thank you for your 5 day training class, March 18th - 22nd. It helped me pass my Xactimate Level 2 Certification test the first week I got back from Orlando. The advanced part of your Xactimate training was the help that I needed to pass the Level 3 Certification test 2 weeks later. You definitely know what you are talking about with Xactimate. The shortcuts, when using Sketch, cuts the time in half when doing a complex roof.
 
Your experiences, as an insurance adjuster, have helped take away the fear of starting out as a new adjuster. The time spent scoping the hotel will help me more than just climbing on a roof, like so many other training classes talk of doing. You have given me a plan and countless helpful extras to get going in the right direction.
 
The help with the resumes was a big plus. Not only did you show us how to write a proper resume, you showed me how to take my previous employement experiences to show strengths that companies are looking for.
 
Thanks for making the classes informative and enjoyable. Laughter came at the right time everyday for me.

I wanted to take a moment and thank you for the training experience. Your approach and  professionalism make your course not only fun, but incredibly educational at the same time. I can honestly say that many of my initial fears are alleviated simply because of the information you shared during training and the helpful information you provided as "extras" for attending the course. I commend you both. You could be charging significantly more to do what you’re doing, but your making a personal statement of not only your business savvy, but your own personal moral standards by sharing your knowledge.

I want to express to you how much I enjoyed the training class. I am so happy I signed up and attended.
 
I also wanted to let you know what happened on the way home. As I came into my neighborhood, I saw my neighbor,  who owns disaster company.  I stopped to chat and he asked me what I had been up to. I told him about the training for Xactimate, and he said that is what they use. He then said that I should consider working for him. He said that his estimators and sales staff average 400K a year, and typically work 9 months out of the year. They are licensed in 27 states, and he wants me to get with him and talk about getting me on board for the expansion they are planning. I was stunned.
 
I plan on staying in touch with you guy's, and want you to know that if there is ever anything that I can help you with, do not hesitate to ask. Thanks again for your inspiration.

I took your class on February 18 thru February 22, 2009. I want to thank you for having given me an opportunity to attend. I have been an independent adjuster for the past 8 years. Your class was awesome in the fact that it was presented in laymen's terms. I learned more from your class in 5 days than I learned in classes I have taken over the past 8 years. You taught exactly what is needed to work a claim from the very beginning thru to the end. Your estimating and scoping class was right on target as to what is expected in the field to accomplish the completion of paperwork back in your office for the carrier on the claim. I feel that if every adjuster was given this opportunity to attend your class, they would be far ahead in their career and make more money than those who do not take this opportunity.
